The spot checking quality control of supervision-monitoring for the state controlling key point pollution sources were introduced. It revealed the existence of problems such as inconsistence with the technical specification for some settings of sample platform and monitoring section, poor fit of monitoring instruments and monitoring method, uncomparable monitoring data, inadequate construction of monitoring capability and the inaccurate field uses of instruments leading to incorrect monitoring result. It proposed measures including strengthening the control quality of manual monitoring during the whole process, providing field instruments with higher precision at the pollution sources, strengthening the search of monitoring technology for pollution sources and the technical standard of the instruments, strengthening the standardization construction of pollutants discharging outlet in enterprises, strengthening the search of credibility grading method of monitoring data from pollution sources. Generally, it needs further improvement of pollution source monitoring to reflect the real discharge level at the pollution sources, so as to provide accurate monitoring data for the administration sections.
