建设高校心理健康教育立体化大课程体系，就是通过开设课程进行大范围教育，使课堂教学起到团体咨询的作用，而将心理咨询服务和学生社团活动纳入到大的课程体系之中，通过科学整合各种教育形式，形成理论教学与实践教育、第一课堂与第二课堂、课上教育与课下服务相结合的立体化课程体系，它涵盖了理论课程、实践课程、活动课程、辅导课程四种相互作用的课程形式。

To construct a big three-dimensional mental health education course system is giving a big range education by course. The course teaching must take on the function of group consultation, and mental consultation and student term action must be subsumed the big course system. The aim is forming a big three-dimensional course system by linking between theory teaching and practice teaching, the first class and the second class, classroom teaching and extracurricular serve and by reorganizing all teaching pattems scientific. It includes four course forms affecting each other that they are theory course, practice course, action course and guiding course.
