生态公益林建设与发展是提升森林生态效益的重要课题。通过着重分析当前吉水县生态公益林建设中存在的区划规模不大、补偿标准偏低、资金投入不足、管护机制不全等主要问题,提出健全管理体系、扩大经营规模、完善补偿机制、提升生态效益等发展对策。

Construction and development of ecological public welfare forests is the important issue of raising forest ecological benefits.Major problems existing in the current ecological public welfare forests construction in Jishui County were focused on analysis.Such as d small ivisions,low compensation,insufficient capital investment,not perfect management and protection mechanism and other aspects,the development strategies that making management system perfect,expanding the scale of operation,improving the compensation mechanism,enhancing the ecological effectiveness,etc.were put forward in this paper.
