目前，农村小学教师专业发展的困惑主要表现在（1）对继续教育的迷惘；（2）教学理论与教学实际严重脱节；（3）教学资源的低效率使用；（4）对新课改的不适应；（5）代课教师专业发展的缺失等。需要我们全面提高农村小学教师素质，加强教师专业化发展；不断完善农村小学教师教育培训体系；改革学校内部管理体制，优化农村小学教师队伍结构。

Presently, the primary school teachers are at a loss in the following aspects：being perplexed in further education;the teaching theories being out of line with the teaching reality;the inefficient use of teaching resources;the inadaptation to the new curriculum reform;he deficiency of teachers＇ professional development.Therefore,it isrequired to enhance the quality of the primary school teachers and reinforce the teachers＇ professional development,improve the education training system of primary school teachers in rural areas and reform the system of organization and optimize the structure of the schoolteachers.
