微细铣削加工表面形貌特征的评价与表征对微细切削加工表面的形成机理、加工表面的形成与工艺参数之间的关系等的研究有重要意义。应用分形几何理论,采用盒计数法对微细铣削加工表面形貌进行研究。结果表明:微细铣削表面具有明显的分形特征,其盒计数维数在1.32~1.42之间,说明其加工表面形貌比较复杂,同时证明加工表面轮廓的分形维数D与表面粗糙度Ra没有相关性,进而可以从分形维数D与表面粗糙度Ra两方面对微细铣削加工表面形貌特征进行综合评价。
微細鐉削加工錶麵形貌特徵的評價與錶徵對微細切削加工錶麵的形成機理、加工錶麵的形成與工藝參數之間的關繫等的研究有重要意義。應用分形幾何理論,採用盒計數法對微細鐉削加工錶麵形貌進行研究。結果錶明:微細鐉削錶麵具有明顯的分形特徵,其盒計數維數在1.32~1.42之間,說明其加工錶麵形貌比較複雜,同時證明加工錶麵輪廓的分形維數D與錶麵粗糙度Ra沒有相關性,進而可以從分形維數D與錶麵粗糙度Ra兩方麵對微細鐉削加工錶麵形貌特徵進行綜閤評價。

Evaluation and characterization of micro milling surface topography is of very important significance for the study of micro machined surface formation mechanism and the relationship between machined surface formation and the processing parameters.This paper describes the calculation of the fractal dimension of the milled surface profile,based on the fractal geometry theory and using the box-counting method and study on micro milling surface morphology combined with the surface roughness Ra.The results show that micro milling surface with obvious fractal characteristics has the box-counting dimension varying generally between 1.32 and 1.42,leaving the machined surface topography more complex.The analysis proves no correlation between fractal dimension D of the processing surface contour and the surface roughness Ra.The comprehensive evaluation of micro milling surface morphology features is possible from two aspects of the fractal dimension D and the surface roughness Ra.
