通过固体分散体技术采用熔融硬脂酸包裹进行掩味,制备出口感较好的干混悬剂,并符合中国药典要求。采用硬脂酸为掩味材料,加热熔融后混入头孢呋辛酯制备成固体分散体,再进行干混悬剂的制备,并对其处方的最佳比例及其它组分的比例进行了实验筛选。结果表明,采用将2∶1的头孢呋辛酯原料加入75℃加热熔融的硬脂酸中,搅拌均匀粉碎后加入1.5%黄原胶,可以很好地掩盖头孢呋辛酯的苦味,同时能符合中国药典对干混悬剂的要求。
通過固體分散體技術採用鎔融硬脂痠包裹進行掩味,製備齣口感較好的榦混懸劑,併符閤中國藥典要求。採用硬脂痠為掩味材料,加熱鎔融後混入頭孢呋辛酯製備成固體分散體,再進行榦混懸劑的製備,併對其處方的最佳比例及其它組分的比例進行瞭實驗篩選。結果錶明,採用將2∶1的頭孢呋辛酯原料加入75℃加熱鎔融的硬脂痠中,攪拌均勻粉碎後加入1.5%黃原膠,可以很好地掩蓋頭孢呋辛酯的苦味,同時能符閤中國藥典對榦混懸劑的要求。

To cover bitterness by solid dispersion technology and melted stearic acid for preparing cefuroxime axetil for suspension which complies with the Chinese Pharmacopeia requirements.Cefuroxime axetil was mixed into melted stearic acid,which was the component to cover the bitter taste,and then the finished drug product was made with this solid mixture.The formulation was also optimized through well designed experiments.Result showed that with 75 ℃ melted stearic acid wrapping by 2∶1 ratio;the bitterness of cefuroxime axetil could be well covered,and with 1.5% xanthan gum as suspension aid,the finished drug product compling with CP was obtained.
