本实验比较了紫茎泽兰中类黄酮化合物的提取工艺,以类黄酮的得率为考察指标,考察分别以碱性水、50%乙醇溶液,95%乙醇溶液作为提取剂对类黄酮化合物得率的影响。结果表明,用50%乙醇溶液提取时提取率最高,类黄酮化合物得率达到2.743%,经嗅觉强度法测试表明,提取液具有一定的除臭效果。
本實驗比較瞭紫莖澤蘭中類黃酮化閤物的提取工藝,以類黃酮的得率為攷察指標,攷察分彆以堿性水、50%乙醇溶液,95%乙醇溶液作為提取劑對類黃酮化閤物得率的影響。結果錶明,用50%乙醇溶液提取時提取率最高,類黃酮化閤物得率達到2.743%,經嗅覺彊度法測試錶明,提取液具有一定的除臭效果。

The Experiment compared the extraction rate of eupatorium adenophorum spreng's flavonoids,with the flavonoids yield as indexes,studied alkaline water,50 % ethanol,95 % ethanol as extraction solvent influence on the extraction rate of flavonoids.The results showed that,using 50 % ethanol as solvent,extraction rate was the highest.The extraction rate reached to 2.743 %.Testing the deodorizing properties of extract by olfactory intensity method.The result showed that the extract of eupatorium adenophorum spreng had a certain deodorizing effect.
