As the rapid popularization of multi-media in colleges and universities, the traditional role of teachers was shocked, highlights the teachers' literacy deficiencies. College teachers' literacy of multi-media teaching is one of the key factors for achieving teaching effectiveness, ascending literacy of teachers is great significance for protection of quality of college teaching. Ascending literacy of multi-media teaching of college teachers can be improved from four dimensions: awareness, knowledge, ability and attitude.
