Higher mathematics plays an important role in curriculum system. The paper introduces the practice on teaching in grades for higher mathematics course in the stage from the college education into the popularize education. Teaching in grades can improve students' mathematical quality and ensure teaching quality. Moreover the key problems existing in the practice are illustrated.
