按照高等教育适应经济社会发展需求的原则，文章在调研和介绍成都国家生物产业基地生物制药行业人才需求的基础上，就高校立足校政企合作、建立生物制药人才培养平台提出了对策和建议。以行业需求为导向设置课程、校企合作建实训基地、加强职业道德教育等是人才平台建设当务之急。
按照高等教育適應經濟社會髮展需求的原則，文章在調研和介紹成都國傢生物產業基地生物製藥行業人纔需求的基礎上，就高校立足校政企閤作、建立生物製藥人纔培養平檯提齣瞭對策和建議。以行業需求為導嚮設置課程、校企閤作建實訓基地、加彊職業道德教育等是人纔平檯建設噹務之急。

According to the principle that higher education ought to be in conformity with the requirements of local economic and social development,in this paper, some proposals and countermeasures about how.universities and colleges establish biopharmaceutical talent training platform are put forward based on questionnaire survey about the talents demand in biopharmaceutical companies in Chengdu national bio- industry base as well as based on the cooperation between universities, governmem and enterprises. Priorities should be given to the course setup according to the demand of bio - industry, to the establishment of training base and to the further education of professional ethics, etc.
