This paper introduced a kind of design of biological fluorescence signal acquisition system based on SCM(Single Chip Micyoco)system and Visual C++. This system is based on 8051 ships, attains A/D transition with MAX187, and can be programmed online on the basis of MAX232, use Visual C++ as development tools on PC. This system is used to acquire signal of fluorescence and show the fluorescence spectrum.
