采用超临界水氧化法对焦化废水进行处理研究,探讨了反应温度、时间和压力等因素对废水处理效果的影响。实验结果表明,在氧气过量2倍~3倍的条件下,实验系统的压力为28 MPa,反应时间为60 s,反应温度为580℃,焦化废水的CODCr去除率可达99.5%以上。

The coking wastewater was treated by supercritical water oxidation process.The effects of residence time,reaction pressure on the results of the treatment were investigated and the process conditions of supercritical water oxidation process were optimized.The results showed that when reaction pressure was 28 MPa,residence time was 60 s,reaction temperature was 580 ℃,and oxygen was exceeded 2 to 3 times,the removal rate of CODCr of the wastewater could be over 99.5%.
