以低密度聚乙烯DJM-1820为基础树脂,在Unipol全密度聚乙烯装置上,采用国产催化剂XY-S与进口催化剂Ucat-J1p25按一定配比混合的方式,连续注入反应器,通过对反应温度、乙烯分压、n(H_2)/n(C_2H_4~=)、n(1-C_4H_8~=)/n(C_2H_4~=)、n(Al)/n(Ti)等工艺指标控制,标定了生产DFDA7042、DFDA7042N、DFDA7042H三种产品时原料的单耗,并对产品质量性能进行测试,指出国产催化剂XY-S试用过程中存在的不足,从工艺控制角度提出相应的改进措施,为今后装置催化剂国生产化提供宝贵的经验。

The catalyst of XY-S made in China and catalyst of Ucat-Jlp25 made in Unipol were mixed in a proportion to reactor continuously in the plant from Unipol for full density polyethylene (FDPE). The specific raw material consumption for polyethylene products of DFDA7042, DFDA7042N, DFDA7042H were calibrated by parameters controlled such as reaction temperature, ethylene partial pressure, proportion of hydrogen to ethylene, butane to ethylene, titanium to aluminum, performances and quality of the products tested. The disadvantages of XY-S were found, the improvement measures in process control proposed, and valuable experience provided for domestic catalyst applied in the plant.
