以PLM1800型破碎机锤轴为研究对象,利用Pro/E软件建立三维几何模型,模型简化后导入ADAMS建立动力学模型,进行动力学仿真分析。然后在ANSYS环境下建立仿真模型,进行锤轴有限元仿真,分析锤轴工作状态下应力、应变等状况,为锤轴结构设计和优化提供理论基础。

Taking hammer shaft of PLM1800 crusher as the object of study,establishes the three dimensional geometric model of hammer shaft using Pro/E software.After simplification,ADAMS is imported to establish the dynamic model and carries on dynamics simulation analysis.Then the simulation model is established in the ANSYS environment and carries on finite element simulation,to analyze the status of stress and strain of the hammer shaft.It provides the theory foundation of structural design and optimization for hammer shaft.
