本文应用激光显微拉曼光谱法对口腔粘膜和口腔鳞癌组织冰冻切片进行对比分析。发现正常口腔粘膜的1085cm^-1、1134cm^-1、1294cm^-1、1417cm^-1谱线,在癌变组织中向高波数频移4cm^-1、2cm^-1、2cm^-1、2cm^-1。可见口腔正常粘膜组织和鳞癌组织切片的拉曼谱图的这些变化,表明组织细胞在癌变过程中,其构型、构象和数量上发生了变化;磷酸基团在癌变的变化过程中遭到破坏;C=C键的张力发生改变;核酸和蛋白质均发生了变化。口腔粘膜和口腔鳞癌组织切片的拉曼光谱相对强度在1085cm^-1附近,1134cm^-1附近、1294cm^-1附近与内标1438cm^-1,1459cm^-1的比值相比,明显减弱,能否成为判别口腔鳞癌的标准,有待于进一步的研究。

In this paper,Laser Raman spectrum was been used in contrast of normal oral leukoplakia(OLK) and oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC).Found the 1085cm^-1,1134 cm^-1,1294 cm^-1,1417 cm^-1 lines of normal oral leukoplakia,shifts to higher wave number lines 4 cm^-1,2 cm^-1,2 cm^-1 2 cm^-1 in cancerous tissues.The changes between normal oral leukoplakia tissue and frozen section of oral squamous in Raman Spectrum,demonstrated that the configuration,conformation and quantity of a cell tissue changes during the canceration procedure;The phosphate domain is destructed during the canceration procedure;The tension of C=C bond changes;Both Nucleic acid and protein change. The relative intensity of the Raman spectrum for oral squamous cell carcinoma tissue sections was in the vicinity of 1085 cm^-1,1134 cm^-1, 1294 cm^-1 and the internal standard ratio of 1438 cm^-1,1459 cm^-1,compared with the oral mucosa,it has significantly weakened,whether it can become the standard identification of oral squamous cell carcinoma,needs further research.
