开沟犁常用于开垦荒地、改造农田、植树造林、修建沟渠的基本建设中,但存在犁体过大、消耗能源多、适用单一、耕作易打乱土层等问题。为此,研发出新型调位式小型开沟犁,它是拖拉机悬挂牵引的深耕机具。调位式小型开沟犁性能特点是一犁多用,调位灵活,配备动力小,节省能源,制作简单,操作方便,可实现翻耕土层不乱的保护性作业。调位式小型开沟犁在研制过程中,应满足既安全可靠又经济实用的要求。文中提出拖拉机在满载低速下使机具作业不能破坏的设计理念,解决了开沟犁受力及强度分析的相关计算问题。

Ditching plows are commonly used in land reclamation,transformation of agricultural land,afforestation and construction of canals in the basic construction,but there are some problems such as too large plow,more energy consumption,single ness and easy to disrupt the soil tillage.So we developed a new type of small ditch plow tune bit,which is deep plowing tractor suspension traction equipment.Tone-position performance characteristics of small-scale trenching plow is a multi-purpose plow,adjusting flexibly,with little power,saving energy,making simple,easy to operate,soil tillage can be achieved protective operation disorder.Small furrow plow-position adjustment in the development process should meet the safe,reliable,economical and practical requirements.This paper puts forward the design concepts that the tractor at full load low speed operation cannot be destroyed to sowe the trenching plow force and strength analysis of the relevant calculation.
