新生代农民工指年龄在16岁到30岁的青年农民。目前农民工犯罪呈上升趋势,逐渐成为影响社会治安的重要因素。笔者着重分析了新生代农民工犯罪的文化原因在于基础薄弱、思想素质教育不到位和职业教育的缺失,进而提出加强文化教育,减少农民工的犯罪。

New generations of migrant workers are young peasants,aging from 16 to 30.At present,migrant workers＇ crime is increasing and becomes an important factor influencing public security.We put emphasis on cultural education of new generations of migr-ant workers,who are short of elementary education,deficient in moral education and lack occupational education.If we strengthen cultural education of new generations of migrant workers,the number of migrant workers＇ crime will be reduced.
