0.9~1.7μmInGaAs(铟镓砷)近红外相机在现代科技和生活中起着重要作用,具有探测率高、均匀性好等优点,是小型化、低成本和高可靠性的短波红外探测系统的最佳选择,大量应用于工业和军事领域。InGaAs近红外图像与普通热红外图像有明显的区别,其图像竖条纹现象非常严重。分析InGaAs近红外图像噪声来源及非均匀性的特点,从背景去噪和非均匀性校正两个方面着手给出了InGaAs近红外图像处理方案,在实验中验证了该图像处理方法的实用性。

0. 9-1.7 μm InGaAs(indium gallium arsenide) near infrared camera plays an important role in the modern technology and life. InGaAs camera is a small, low cost and high reliability shortwave infrared detection system. There are some differences between InGaAs near infrared images and infrared images of ordinary. InGaAs near-infrared image noise sources and characteristics of non-uniformity are analysed from the background non-uniformity correction and denoise. InGaAs near- infrared image shows the real-time processing implementations in the experiment to verify the image processing methods.
