两岸共同打击犯罪,需要尽可能消除两岸罪名差异所带来的不利影响。在合作机制中,两岸刑法的相关规定被纳入到《海峡两岸共同打击犯罪及司法互助协议》的框架内。以抢劫罪为视角探讨罪名差异对两岸合作打击犯罪的影响,提出打击抢劫犯罪的对策：由嫌犯抓获地负责审判,判决所依据的法律为嫌犯之属人法,判决之执行也由属人地司法机关实施。
兩岸共同打擊犯罪,需要儘可能消除兩岸罪名差異所帶來的不利影響。在閤作機製中,兩岸刑法的相關規定被納入到《海峽兩岸共同打擊犯罪及司法互助協議》的框架內。以搶劫罪為視角探討罪名差異對兩岸閤作打擊犯罪的影響,提齣打擊搶劫犯罪的對策：由嫌犯抓穫地負責審判,判決所依據的法律為嫌犯之屬人法,判決之執行也由屬人地司法機關實施。
량안공동타격범죄,수요진가능소제량안죄명차이소대래적불리영향。재합작궤제중,량안형법적상관규정피납입도《해협량안공동타격범죄급사법호조협의》적광가내。이창겁죄위시각탐토죄명차이대량안합작타격범죄적영향,제출타격창겁범죄적대책：유혐범조획지부책심판,판결소의거적법률위혐범지속인법,판결지집행야유속인지사법궤관실시。
Cross-strait cooperation in combating crimes needs to eliminate effectively the negative impact that the differences of the charges of the two ＂Criminal Code＂ bring.The relevant provisions of the two Criminal Codes were incorporated into the framework of ＂Cross-strait Fight against Crime and Mutual Legal Assistance Agreement ＂.Here are the countermeasures to crack down the crime from the perspective of the crime of robbery： suspects are judged where arrested according to personal laws,and executed by the judiciary where the suspect belongs to.
