自主学习的研究是近30年来语言学界研究的一个热门话题。文章首先阐述了自主学习的概念,接着分析了当前我国大学英语教学中,学生自主学习的必要性和可行性以及影响其自主学习能力发展的因素和应对策略,最后提出在现阶段,我们应采取以课堂教学为主,自主学习为辅的教学模式。

Autonomous learning has been a hot issue of research within the field of linguistics for the last three decades.This paper tries to give an orientation of autonomous learning to college English teaching in China by describing its concepts and by looking into the necessities and feasibilities of promoting students＇ autonomous learning.Meanwhile,this paper discusses the factors affecting such ability and the corresponding strategies.Finally it points out the necessity to integrate students＇ autonomous learning and teachers＇ instruction in the classrooms at present.
