In this paper,the implementation achievements of Project Returning Farmland to Forests in Guangde County were summarized.The economic,social and ecological benefits displayed in the 9-year implementation of the project were analyzed and discussed concretely.The existing problems in the construction of the project were analyzed as well,and attempts were made to find the corresponding solutions.
