作者报告自1978年12月～1991年6月共收治22例闭合复位后股骨头坏死,其中18例为石膏固定的结果.18例术后随诊1～3年,髋臼指数术前平均为32.8°±5.8°,术后平均为17.3°±5.2°;股骨颈干角术前平均140.0°±17.6°,术后平均132.6°±15.1°,术后股骨头全部在髋臼内.闭合复位后有股骨头坏死病例,门诊观察1年以上无明显恢复,髋臼指数35°以上可手术治疗,早日恢复股骨头与髋臼同心圆关系,有利于坏死股骨头恢复

Twenty-two cases of avascular necrosis of femoral head are reviewed. Among them,4 were classifled as stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ.10 as stage Ⅲ, and 8 as stage Ⅳ.Eighteen cases after closed reduction and fixed in frog position or lange position were operated on with open reduction. Acetabular index and the femorai neck-shaft angle were normal. It is suggested that early treatment be beneficial to rehabilitate the relationship between the acetabulum and the femoral head.
