目的探讨整体护理和循证护理在手术室护理中的作用.方法收集我院手术室进行普外科和妇产科应用腰硬联合麻醉的清醒患者719例,其中普外科286例,妇产科433例,随机法分为实验组(360例)和对照组(359例).对照组采用传统护理模式进行护理,实验组采用整体护理和循证护理模式进行护理.观察手术患者术前焦虑、恐惧等心理应激反应,术中15 min、术后10 min血压和心率变化,术后并发症、预后及满意度变化情况.结果观察组患者术前发生焦虑、恐惧比率明显较对照组低,观察组患者术中心率和血压变化均较平稳,为对照组在术中15 min与术后10 min时心率和血压均较术前有明显变化,所有患者均未发现明显术后并发症,预后均较满意,观察组在患者出院时的满意度调查明显较对照组高.结论有效的整体护理加上循证护理相对于以往的传统护理模式无论对于患者术中顺利完成手术治疗,减轻患者心理负担以及患者对手术期间的护理满意度均存在很大的优势,医院手术室护理实施整体护理势在必行,且同时应试行循证护理,以提供手术室护理质量.

Objective To study the effect of holistic and evidence - based nursing in the operating room.Methods A total of 719 awake patients with combined spinal - epidural anesthesia were selected including 286 cases in general surgery department and 433 cases in department of gynaecology and obstetrics and divided into experimental group (360 cases) and control group ( 359 cases).Control group was received routine nursing,experimental group was received holistic and evidence - based nursing.Preoperative anxiety,fear psychological stress,the blood pressure and heart rate intraoperative 15 minutes and postoperative 10 minutes,complications,prognosis and satisfaction changes after operation were observed.Results The preoperative anxiety in experimental group,fear were obviously lower than those in control group.The experimental group patients′heart rate and blood pressure changes was stably,and exactly the opposite was happened in control group.All patients were no postoperative complications and satisfied with prognosis.Conclusions There are great advantages of effective holistic with evidence - based nursing compared with the routine nursing in both the successful completion of treatment and patients'satisfaction with nursing during the operation.Implementing holistic nursing is imperative,and evidence - based nursing should also be tried out to improve the quality of nursing in the operating room.
