目的探讨直肠癌125I粒子植入患者出院后的健康状况.方法对2000年2月至2006年1月在我科出院的直肠癌125I粒子植入患者,采用36项健康状况调查简表(SF-36)进行评分,征得患者知情同意并签字后如实填写,进行住院复诊、人户及门诊咨询调查.结果两组健康状况共8个维度、36个指标评分比较,差异有统计学意义,125I粒子植入患者健康状况明显高于对照组.结论健康状况是评价肿瘤患者手术疗效的重要指标之一.

Objective To evaluate the health status of rectal cancer 125I seed inplantation for patients in post-discharge.Methods Rectal cancer 125I seed inplantation in our division dischrge from February 2000to January 2006.Apply the 36 item short-from health survey to give a mark.Mark an investigation with return visit of inpatient,enter-household and consultation in outpatient department.Results There was statistically difference between the two groups regarding physical condition in the index consists of 36 item and eight dimensionality.The health status of 125I seed inplantation for patients are significantly higher than that of the control groups.Conclusion The health status was an important index which evaluate the effect of the surgery of tumor patients.
