应用各种色谱方法从牛耳枫的茎叶乙醇浸提物中分离得到了8个生物碱,利用波谱(ESI-MS,1H NMR,13C NMR)技术及理化性质分别鉴定为Methyl homosecodaphniphyllate(1),Daphnezomine M(2),Caldaphnidine E(3),Calyciphylline F(4),Calyciphylline B(5),Deoxycalyciphylline B(6),Daphnicyclidin H(7)和Macropodumine C(8).
應用各種色譜方法從牛耳楓的莖葉乙醇浸提物中分離得到瞭8箇生物堿,利用波譜(ESI-MS,1H NMR,13C NMR)技術及理化性質分彆鑒定為Methyl homosecodaphniphyllate(1),Daphnezomine M(2),Caldaphnidine E(3),Calyciphylline F(4),Calyciphylline B(5),Deoxycalyciphylline B(6),Daphnicyclidin H(7)和Macropodumine C(8).

Eight alkaloids were isolated from the stems and leaves of Daphniphyllum calycinum Benth by using varlous methods of chromatography.On the basis of spectroscopic evidence, their structures were identified as methyl homosec.odaphniphyUate(1), daphnezomine M(2), cMdaphnidine E(3), calyciphynine F(4), calyciphylline B(5), deoxycalyei.phyUine B(6), daphnicyclidin H(7), and macropodumine C(8).
