以粉煤灰、偏高岭土为主要铝硅原料,辅以矿山尾矿固体废弃物合成一系列的矿质聚合物.通过测定其抗压强度优选出偏高岭土、粉煤灰、矿渣的最佳配比为3:3 : 5,碱激发剂浓度在15%时,矿质聚合物的强度最高,达到36.36 MPa.XRD、SEM分析表明其结构主要是无定形态,并且形成了连续的胶凝相.
以粉煤灰、偏高嶺土為主要鋁硅原料,輔以礦山尾礦固體廢棄物閤成一繫列的礦質聚閤物.通過測定其抗壓彊度優選齣偏高嶺土、粉煤灰、礦渣的最佳配比為3:3 : 5,堿激髮劑濃度在15%時,礦質聚閤物的彊度最高,達到36.36 MPa.XRD、SEM分析錶明其結構主要是無定形態,併且形成瞭連續的膠凝相.

Geopolymer is a class of inorganic aluminosilicate polymer.Using fly ash,tan waste and metakaolin as basic ingredient,KOH as alkali activator a series of geopolymers was synthesized.The measurements ofcompressive strength show that the best ratio of metakaoline,fly ash and tail coal is 3:3:5.Xray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM)for this qepolymer indicate that the structure of geopolymer is amorphous.The effect of alkali activator on compressive strength is studied,too.
