　　目的调查分析我院口服中成药的使用情况。方法收集2012年第三季度口服中成药处方，统计各科室口服中成药用药情况、口服中成药用药频次，以及不同年龄段人群口服中成药的使用情况加以分析。结果门诊骨科、简易门诊口服中成药的开药量最大，其次是急诊室、门诊皮肤光疗中心、门诊中医等；各类口服中成药，出现频次较高的是感冒清热颗粒、柴银口服液，其次为牛黄蛇胆川贝液和金水宝胶囊，而银杏叶提取物片和复方阿胶浆等也较受临床青睐；使用人群主要集中在51－80岁年龄段之间。结论我院中成药使用情况基本合理，但其中存在的问题仍需引起注意。
　　목적조사분석아원구복중성약적사용정황。방법수집2012년제삼계도구복중성약처방，통계각과실구복중성약용약정황、구복중성약용약빈차，이급불동년령단인군구복중성약적사용정황가이분석。결과문진골과、간역문진구복중성약적개약량최대，기차시급진실、문진피부광료중심、문진중의등；각류구복중성약，출현빈차교고적시감모청열과립、시은구복액，기차위우황사담천패액화금수보효낭，이은행협제취물편화복방아효장등야교수림상청래；사용인군주요집중재51－80세년령단지간。결론아원중성약사용정황기본합리，단기중존재적문제잉수인기주의。
Objective To investigate the analyze our hospital oral proprietary Chinese medicines use .Methods oral proprietary Chinese medicine prescription of the third quarter of 2012 ,statistics usage of the various sections of oral proprietary Chinese medicine ,oral proprieta‐ry Chinese medicine frequency ,as well as people of different ages oral proprietary Chinese medicines to be analyzed .Results Outpatient or‐thopedic a simple outpatient oral proprietary Chinese medicine prescription amount ,followed by the emergency room ,outpatient photothera‐py skin center ,out -patient Chinese medicine ;various types of oral medicine ,higher frequency is cold heat particles ,diesel silver oral ,fol‐lowed by bezoar Snake Chuanbei liquid and Jinshuibao capsules ,Ginkgo biloba extract tablets and FEJ than by clinical favored ;use of the crowd is mainly concentrated in the 51 -80 age group between .Conclusion The hospital was rational use of proprietary Chinese medicines , but there is still need attention .
