将乱层石墨结构B2CN前驱物与铜或Ca3B2N4触媒的混合物在压力为5.5GPa、温度1600℃条件下处理15min,得到了六方和正交结构的两种B2CN晶体,两种晶体的形貌不同.光致发光测量表明正交结构的B2CN晶体的发光特性与重要的发蓝光的GaN晶体相似.

B2CN compounds were synthesized from the mixture of turbostratic B2CN precursor and Cu or Ca3B2N4 catalysts at pressure of 5.5GPa and temperature of 1600℃ for 15min. We obtained two kinds of B2CN crystals with hexagonal and orthorhombic structures exhibiting different morphologies. The photoluminescence measurements indicated that orthorhombic B2CN crystal has similar photoluminescence property to GaN being an important blue light-emitting material.
