目的:探讨血浆降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)和内皮素(ET)与高血压病之间关系.方法:放射免疫方法检测25例正常人和36例高血压病患者降压治疗前后血浆CGRP和ET浓度,同时测量高血压病患者血压.结果:①高血压病患者血浆CGRP浓度低于正常人,与平均动脉压呈负相关;ET浓度高于正常人,与平均动脉压呈正相关.②有效降压治疗后,高血压病患者血浆CGRP浓度回升,ET浓度下降,CGRP/E T比值明显升高.结论:血浆CGRP和ET浓度失衡可能是高血压病发生的重要原因之一;有效降血压可能与CGRP和ET的变化有关.

목적:탐토혈장강개소기인상관태(CGRP)화내피소(ET)여고혈압병지간관계.방법:방사면역방법검측25례정상인화36례고혈압병환자강압치료전후혈장CGRP화ET농도,동시측량고혈압병환자혈압.결과:①고혈압병환자혈장CGRP농도저우정상인,여평균동맥압정부상관;ET농도고우정상인,여평균동맥압정정상관.②유효강압치료후,고혈압병환자혈장CGRP농도회승,ET농도하강,CGRP/E T비치명현승고.결론:혈장CGRP화ET농도실형가능시고혈압병발생적중요원인지일;유효강혈압가능여CGRP화ET적변화유관.
AIM:To investingate the relationship between the plasma cal citonin gene-related peptide (CGRP),endothelin (ET) in patient with essential hypertension. METHODS:We determined the plasma concentration of CGRP and ET in 25 no rmotension people and 36 patients with essential hypertension before and after a nti-hypertension treatment with radioimmunoassay,and measured the blood pressur e of essential hypertension patients. RESULTS:①The plasma CGRP concent ration in patients with essential hypertension was lower than that in the normot ension people,and there was a negative relationship between it and the mean arte ry pressure. The plasma ET concentration in patients with essential hypertension was higher than that in the normotension people, and there was a positive relat io nship between it and the mean artery pressure. ②After effective antihypertensio n treatment,the plasma CGRP concentration in the hypertensive was elevated,the p lasma ET concentration was lowered,and the rate of CGRP/ET was elevated. C ONCLUSION:The unbalance between plasma CGRP and ET concentration might be an important reason for essential hypertension,and the effective antihypertension treatment might regulate the balance between this pair of vasoactive substances .
