目的探讨病毒感染血液中异型淋巴细胞比例增高的临床意义。方法采用光学显微镜对病毒性感染患者血片中异型淋巴细胞进行分型统计。结果 145 例中 I 型(泡沫型)异型淋巴细胞检出 93 例(占 61.5 %)，Ⅱ型(不规则型)31 例(占 23.4 %),Ⅲ型(幼稚型)21 例(占 15.1 %)。结论除 EB 病毒感染容易引起异型淋巴细胞增多外，其它病毒感染同样会引起异型淋巴细胞的增多。
목적탐토병독감염혈액중이형림파세포비례증고적림상의의。방법채용광학현미경대병독성감염환자혈편중이형림파세포진행분형통계。결과 145 례중 I 형(포말형)이형림파세포검출 93 례(점 61.5 %)，Ⅱ형(불규칙형)31 례(점 23.4 %),Ⅲ형(유치형)21 례(점 15.1 %)。결론제 EB 병독감염용역인기이형림파세포증다외，기타병독감염동양회인기이형림파세포적증다。
Objective　To research the clinical significance of ratio increase of heterotypic lymphocytes in virus-infected blood.Methods　Under optical microscope typing of heterotypic lymphocytes was finished on blood film of virus-infected cases.Results　Ninty three type Ⅰ(foam type,61.5 %),31 type Ⅱ(irregular type,23.4 %)and 21 Type Ⅲ(infantile type,15.1 %) were detected out of 145 cases.Conclusion　Besides EB virus infection,others may also cause the number of heterotypic lymphocytes to increase.
