为了研究雌二醇(estradiol-17β,E2)对颌下腺表皮生长因子(epidermal growthfactor,EGF)和神经生长因子(nerve growth factor,NGF)生成的影响,研究采用免疫组织化学方法,对外源性投予雌二醇后的大鼠颌下腺进行了观察。结果证实E2明显促进颌下腺EGF和NGF的生成。提示雌二醇可能对EGF和NGF的合成起重要的调节作用。
為瞭研究雌二醇(estradiol-17β,E2)對頜下腺錶皮生長因子(epidermal growthfactor,EGF)和神經生長因子(nerve growth factor,NGF)生成的影響,研究採用免疫組織化學方法,對外源性投予雌二醇後的大鼠頜下腺進行瞭觀察。結果證實E2明顯促進頜下腺EGF和NGF的生成。提示雌二醇可能對EGF和NGF的閤成起重要的調節作用。

In order to study the effects of estradiol-17β(17β-E2) on thesynthe sis of EGF and NGF in submandibular gland of rat, which were adiministrited with exogenous 17β-E2 immunohistochemistry method was used. The results showed t hat 17β-E2 obviously promoted the synthesis of EGF and NGF in submandibular gland. This result suggested that 17β-E2 might play an important role in the synthesis of EGF and NGF.
