本文介绍了涡轮壳铸件消失模发泡模具的快速制造过程,即首先采用曲面建模技术,完成模具的三维造型,而后结合分层物体制造(LOM)快速造型技术和转移涂料精确铸造工艺,实现模具的快速制造。结果表明,此种工艺方法,可以实现小型、复杂浅腔模具的快速制造。
本文介紹瞭渦輪殼鑄件消失模髮泡模具的快速製造過程,即首先採用麯麵建模技術,完成模具的三維造型,而後結閤分層物體製造(LOM)快速造型技術和轉移塗料精確鑄造工藝,實現模具的快速製造。結果錶明,此種工藝方法,可以實現小型、複雜淺腔模具的快速製造。

The rapid manufacturing process of the foam die for worm wheel in lost foam process is described in this paper. First, the 3D model of the foam die is constructed by using the surface modeling and then it is rapid manufactured by using the laminated object manufacturing (LOM) and precise casting technology of transferring coating. The results showed that this technology could be used to produce the small-sized, complicated shallow die.
