目的 为临床辅助性肝移植的开展，探索供肝切取及植入方法。 方法 猪异位辅助性部分肝移植13例，供肝切取按预分离方法分为A、B两组，A组：标准法5例，B组：快速灌注法8例。 结果 A组：供肝质量优良为100%，B组：供肝质量优良占88%。辅肝移植手术时间为122±28min，腔静脉和门静脉吻合时间为40±12min。 结论 如条件允许应首选标准法预分离，血流动力学不稳定时，可行快速灌注法预分离。

목적 위림상보조성간이식적개전，탐색공간절취급식입방법。 방법 저이위보조성부분간이식13례，공간절취안예분리방법분위A、B량조，A조：표준법5례，B조：쾌속관주법8례。 결과 A조：공간질량우량위100%，B조：공간질량우량점88%。보간이식수술시간위122±28min，강정맥화문정맥문합시간위40±12min。 결론 여조건윤허응수선표준법예분리，혈류동역학불은정시，가행쾌속관주법예분리。
Objective To investigate the technique of donor hepatectomy andtransplantation in order to undergo clinical auxiliary partial liver transplantation (APLT). Methods 13 pigs were subdued by APLT and divided into two groups according to the predissection method. Group A: 5 pigs，by using the standard perfusion technique; group B: 8 pigs were done by rapid perfusion technique. Results The successful rate of the high quality donor liver was 100% in group A and 88% in group B. The operating time of APLT was 122±28 min, the time of simutaneous anastomosis of vena cava and portal vein was 40±12 min. Conclusion It's the first choice for standard perfusion technique, if the hemodynamics of the donor is unstable, rapid perfusion technique maybe recommended.
