目的:探讨微乳中药物的测定方法。方法:分别利用二阶及三阶导数光谱测定了维生素C(Vit C)的O/W及W/O型微乳中Vit C的含量。结果:平均回收率及精密度分别达到98.1%,RSD%=0.62(n=12);99.0%,RSD%=0.52(n=12)。结论:该法简便,适合Vit C微乳的含量测定。为保证结果可靠,样品需作前处理。

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the method for determination of vitamin C in microemulsions. METHODS:The content of vitamin C in O/W microemulsions and W/O microemulsions was determined by second-order derivative spectrophotometry and third-order derivative spectrophotometry, respectively.RESULTS:The recovery and accuracy are 98.1%,RSD%=0.62 (n=3) and 99.0%,RSD%=0.52 (n=3), respectively.CONCLUSION:This method has the advantage of simplicity and is suitable for determination of the content of vitamin C in microemulsions.
