目的　探讨幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染及慢性萎缩性胃窦炎伴肠上皮化生与CD44V6表达程度之间的关系。方法　以单克隆抗体及免疫组化技术等方法对Hp阴性单纯慢性胃炎、Hp阴性萎缩性胃炎伴肠上皮化生、Hp阳性萎缩性胃窦炎伴肠上皮化生、胃窦腺癌的胃镜下活检组织标本进行测定分析。结果　在Hp阴性单纯性胃炎组粘膜上皮未见CD44V6表达，Hp阴性萎缩性胃窦炎伴肠上皮化生、Hp阳性萎缩性胃窦炎伴肠上皮化生、胃窦腺癌各组CD44V6表达程度依次逐渐升高，各组之间比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论　CD44V6的表达可能是上皮细胞癌前病变出现的早期生物学信号，肠上皮化生细胞可能诱导CD44V6的表达，而Hp感染则有促进这种诱导表达的作用。
목적　탐토유문라간균(Hp)감염급만성위축성위두염반장상피화생여CD44V6표체정도지간적관계。방법　이단극륭항체급면역조화기술등방법대Hp음성단순만성위염、Hp음성위축성위염반장상피화생、Hp양성위축성위두염반장상피화생、위두선암적위경하활검조직표본진행측정분석。결과　재Hp음성단순성위염조점막상피미견CD44V6표체，Hp음성위축성위두염반장상피화생、Hp양성위축성위두염반장상피화생、위두선암각조CD44V6표체정도의차축점승고，각조지간비교차이유현저성(P<0.05)。결론　CD44V6적표체가능시상피세포암전병변출현적조기생물학신호，장상피화생세포가능유도CD44V6적표체，이Hp감염칙유촉진저충유도표체적작용。
Objective　To investigate the relationship between Helicobacter pylori(Hp) infection, chronic atrophic antral gastritis with intestinal metaplasia and CD44V6.Methods　The gastric mucosa biopsies from single mild chronic gastritis of Hp negative group, chronic atrophic antral gastritis with intestinal metaplasia of Hp negative group, chronic atrophic antral gastritis with intestinal metaplasia of Hp positive group and adenocarcinoma of gastric antrum were detected by immunohistochemical technique with the monoclonal antibody against CD44V6(2F-10).Results　There was no CD44V6's expression in single mild chronic gastritis of Hp negative group. An increasing tendency of CD44V6`s expression level was found from chronic atrophic antral gastritis with intestinal metaplasia of Hp negative group to chronic atrophic antral gastritis with intestinal metaplasia of Hp positive group to adenocarcinoma of gastric antrum and there was a significant statistical difference(P<0.05) in comparison with the each group respectively.Conclusion　Expression of CD44V6 can be an early biological indicator of precarcinomatous epithelial cells. Gastric mucosa intestinal metaplasia can induce the expression of CD44V6, moreover, Hp infection can promote it.
