The permeation experiments on the aqueous solution of phenylalanine and aspartic acid were carried out with nanofiltration membranes. Results show that amino acids with different isoelectric points (pI) can be separated satisfactorily by adjusting the pH values. The concentration and separation process of phenylalanine and aspartic acid solution was also simulated.
