This paper analyses the decision-making for road engineering project problem on basis of theoretical correlation degree and hierarchy analysis method of gray-system theory.It draws the conclusion that during course of the an alysis we should range priority order according to their correlation d egree to provide scientiific basis for optimization and decision -making.It also gives an example to show this method′s effec tiveness.
