本文资料报道应用医院自制中药抗炎一号注射液静脉滴注治疗急性湿疹和接触性皮炎105例临床总结，总有效率达89.5%；对照组应用中药双黄连注射液治疗33例，总有效率为69.7%，经统计学分析，P＜0.05，表明治疗组疗效明显优于对照组；抗炎一号注射液对急性皮炎湿疹病例的瘙痒感亦有显著改善作用。抗炎一号注射液由蒲公英、苍耳子、白花蛇舌草三味中药组成，具有清热利湿祛风的功效。现代药理学研究中发现，蒲公英对T淋巴细胞有抑制作用，苍耳子对T细胞有调节作用，白花蛇舌草能增强白细胞吞噬功能与肾上腺皮质功能；另外，这三味药对早期炎症反应中渗出、水肿等多个环节有抑制作用。本文临床资料分析结果在一定程度上证实清热利湿药治疗急性皮炎湿疹疗效的可靠性。

The data in this thesis summarizes that 105 cases of acute eczema & contact dermatitis have been treated with self-made herb injection named"Antiphlogistic No.1"through intravenous drip.Its effective rate achieves 89.5%.In its contractol group 33 cases have been treated with herb injection Shuang-Huang-Lian,and the effective rate is 69.7%.Its testified that the curative effect of treatment group is better than that contractol group obviously by statistical analysis.Furthermore herb injection Antiphlogistic No.1 has obvious curatively effect to alleviate itch sense of the cases too. 　　Herb injection Antiphlogistic No.1 consists of three herbs,dandelion,xanthium and hedyotis and it possesses heat-clearing,damp-inhibiting and wind-dispersing efficacy.Its discovered in pharmacological researches that dandelion has inhibition to T cell;xanium has regulation to helper T cell;hedyotis can develop phagocyte function and adrenocortical function.Furthermore the three herbs can inhibit dropsy,exudation and other several links in early inflammation. 　　The clinical data of this thesis testifies the reliability of curative effect by administering treatment of acute dermatitis and eczema with heat-clearing，damp-inhibiting formulae according to pattern.
