目的了解镓盐对骨质疏松症的治疗作用。方法实验分两步进行，首先去除成年大鼠卵巢，复制骨质疏松症模型；然后应用镓盐进行治疗。采用骨强度测定和骨病理形态学方法观察骨结构的改变情况。结果①骨质疏松组与对照组相比各指标均下降，差异具有统计学意义；②镓治疗组与骨质疏松组相比，骨吸收的病理变化减轻，差异具有统计学意义，骨强度亦有提高的趋势。结论镓盐对骨质疏松症有治疗或减缓其进程的作用。
목적료해가염대골질소송증적치료작용。방법실험분량보진행，수선거제성년대서란소，복제골질소송증모형；연후응용가염진행치료。채용골강도측정화골병리형태학방법관찰골결구적개변정황。결과①골질소송조여대조조상비각지표균하강，차이구유통계학의의；②가치료조여골질소송조상비，골흡수적병리변화감경，차이구유통계학의의，골강도역유제고적추세。결론가염대골질소송증유치료혹감완기진정적작용。
Objective To acquire the effect of gallium salt on preventing and treating osteoporo sis. Methods The experiment was composed of two steps:①Duplicating an animal model of osteo porosis; ②Treating the rats with gallium salt. Results ①All the experimental parameters of osteo porosis decreased and had significant difference compared to those of the controls;②The pathologic bone resorption changes in therapeutic group are alleviated and have significant difference in compar ison to control group. The bone intensity also appeared an improving trend. Conclusion Gallium salt has therapeutic effect on osteoporosis or is able to retard the progress of this disease.
