以甘蓝型油菜显性核不育杂合两型系的不育株沪油15A为母本,与恢复系HF03杂交,F_1群体全部表现为可育.在该杂交组合的6个F_3群体中有5个群体发生育性分离.其中区号为04-4307的F_3群体发生育性和花瓣色泽的分离,表现为70株鲜黄花可育、22株鲜黄花不育、30株橙黄花可育、9株橙黄花不育.根据油菜显性核不育和橙黄花的遗传规律,04-4307出现3∶1育性分离,说明该群体由基因型为MsMsRfrf的单株自交获得.从04-4307群体中选橙黄花可育株自交,并与橙黄花不育株作兄妹交,后代全部表现为橙黄花(y1y1y2y2).其中区号为05-4356的兄妹交组合出现1∶1育性分离;其父本的可育株自交出现3∶1育性分离.由此推断,05-4356的兄妹交组合就是显性核不育橙黄花纯合两型系,其不育株基因型为MsMsrfrfy1y1y2y2,可育株基因型为MsMsRfrfy1y1y2y2.
以甘藍型油菜顯性覈不育雜閤兩型繫的不育株滬油15A為母本,與恢複繫HF03雜交,F_1群體全部錶現為可育.在該雜交組閤的6箇F_3群體中有5箇群體髮生育性分離.其中區號為04-4307的F_3群體髮生育性和花瓣色澤的分離,錶現為70株鮮黃花可育、22株鮮黃花不育、30株橙黃花可育、9株橙黃花不育.根據油菜顯性覈不育和橙黃花的遺傳規律,04-4307齣現3∶1育性分離,說明該群體由基因型為MsMsRfrf的單株自交穫得.從04-4307群體中選橙黃花可育株自交,併與橙黃花不育株作兄妹交,後代全部錶現為橙黃花(y1y1y2y2).其中區號為05-4356的兄妹交組閤齣現1∶1育性分離;其父本的可育株自交齣現3∶1育性分離.由此推斷,05-4356的兄妹交組閤就是顯性覈不育橙黃花純閤兩型繫,其不育株基因型為MsMsrfrfy1y1y2y2,可育株基因型為MsMsRfrfy1y1y2y2.

A cross between heterozygous two-type line Huyou15A of dominant genic male sterility and restorer line HF03 led to all fertile F_1 plants. Five among 6 F_3 generation lines showed fertile segregation.A registered 04-4307 group showed a fertility segregation ratio at 3∶1,including 70 fertile with yellow flowers,30 fertile with orange flowers,22 sterile with yellow flowers and 9 sterile with orange flowers.The genotype of its F_2 plant should be MsMsRfrf. The fertile plants with orange flowers were self-pollinated and crossed with sister sterile plants with orange flowers. Both led to all orange flower offspring, while the sib-mating generation 05-4356 showed a fertility segregation ratio at 1∶1, and the self generation of corresponding fertile plant segregated at 3∶1.These results indicated the 05-4356 group to be a homozygous two-type line with orange flower developed by crossing sterile genotype MsMsrfrfy1y1y2y2 and fertile genotype MsMsRfrfy1y1y2y2.
