为了解老化对JB-9014炸药爆轰性能的影响,分析了JB-9014炸药加速老化的机理和效应.由JB-9014炸药在升温速率分别为5 K/min、10 K/min、20 K/min的热重曲线,用Ozawa公式和反应深度计算JB-9014炸药的热分解活化能、指前因子,机理函数和动力学方程.根据推导的动力学方程计算了JB-9014炸药在70℃、75℃加速老化过程中不同反应深度的密度、组成和生成热.进而通过VLWR爆轰程序计算JB-9014炸药的爆轰参数.研究结果表明,JB-9014炸药经过加速老化后,当密度减少时,爆速和爆压均有所降低.

To understand the effect of aging on detonation performances of JB-9014 explosive, the ac-celerated aging mechanism and effect of JB-9014 explosive were analyzed. From the thermogravimetry (TG) curves of JB-9014 explosive under the heat rate of 5 K/min, 10 K/min and 20 K/min respec-tively, the thermal decomposition activation energy, pre-exponential factor, mechanism function and kinetic equation of JB-9014 explosive were deduced by Ozawa' s equation and decomposition extents. Based on the derived kinetic equation, the density, composition and heat of formation to various de-composition extents of JB-9014 explosive were calculated at the accelerated aging temperatures of 70 ℃ and 75 ℃, respectively. The detonation parameters of JB-9014 explosive were calculated by means of the VLWR code. The investigated results show that the detonation velocity and detonation pressure decrease with the decrease of the density after accelerated aging of JB-9014.
