对黑龙江省哈尔滨、齐齐哈尔、牡丹江、佳木斯和大庆等5个城市的11份黄瓜白粉病病样从分生孢子形状、大小、纤维体的有无、芽管着生位置、闭囊壳的特征以及鉴别寄主反应等方面进行了病原鉴定.结果表明,所有菌株分生孢子内均可见明显的纤维体,萌发管叉状,从分生孢子的侧面长出;闲囊壳内舍1个子囊,每个子囊内有8个子囊孢子;均可侵染鉴别寄主Lagenaria leucantha.由此可知,引起黑龙江省黄瓜白粉病的病原为Sphaerotheca fuliginea.
對黑龍江省哈爾濱、齊齊哈爾、牡丹江、佳木斯和大慶等5箇城市的11份黃瓜白粉病病樣從分生孢子形狀、大小、纖維體的有無、芽管著生位置、閉囊殼的特徵以及鑒彆寄主反應等方麵進行瞭病原鑒定.結果錶明,所有菌株分生孢子內均可見明顯的纖維體,萌髮管扠狀,從分生孢子的側麵長齣;閒囊殼內捨1箇子囊,每箇子囊內有8箇子囊孢子;均可侵染鑒彆寄主Lagenaria leucantha.由此可知,引起黑龍江省黃瓜白粉病的病原為Sphaerotheca fuliginea.
대흑룡강성합이빈、제제합이、모단강、가목사화대경등5개성시적11빈황과백분병병양종분생포자형상、대소、섬유체적유무、아관착생위치、폐낭각적특정이급감별기주반응등방면진행료병원감정.결과표명,소유균주분생포자내균가견명현적섬유체,맹발관차상,종분생포자적측면장출;한낭각내사1개자낭,매개자낭내유8개자낭포자;균가침염감별기주Lagenaria leucantha.유차가지,인기흑룡강성황과백분병적병원위Sphaerotheca fuliginea.
Total 11 samples of cucumber powdery mildew collected from Harbin,Jiamusi,Mudanjiang,Qiqihar and Daqing in Heilongjiang Province were identified based on the shape of conidium,the existence and non-existence of corpus fibrosum,the position of germ tube,the characteristic of the cleistothecium and the response of the identification host.The results showed that there was corpus fibrosum in every conidiospore and the germ tubes were in the side of conidia.There was one escus in the perithecium,and eight ascus spores in each ascus.All the pathogens could infect Lagenaria leucantha.The results indicated that the pathogen of cucumber powdery mildew in Heilongjiang Province was Sphaerotheca fuliginea.
