现有的远程教育政策法规对少数民族远程教育来讲,存在针对性、操作性不强等问题,导致了法制盲点的尴尬处境。因此,立足国情以及民族地方的特殊情况,建构一套中国少数民族远程教育政策法规体系有着深远的影响和意义。
現有的遠程教育政策法規對少數民族遠程教育來講,存在針對性、操作性不彊等問題,導緻瞭法製盲點的尷尬處境。因此,立足國情以及民族地方的特殊情況,建構一套中國少數民族遠程教育政策法規體繫有著深遠的影響和意義。
현유적원정교육정책법규대소수민족원정교육래강,존재침대성、조작성불강등문제,도치료법제맹점적감개처경。인차,립족국정이급민족지방적특수정황,건구일투중국소수민족원정교육정책법규체계유착심원적영향화의의。
There exist some problems that are lack of pertinency and operarabolity in the policies and regulations of distance education for minorities,which leads to the embarrassing situation of legal blind spots.Therefore,it has a profound impact and significance to construct a system of policies and regulations of distance education for Chinese minorities based on national conditions and special circumstances of local ethnic minorities.
