目的 探讨动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死(脑梗死)患者中血清脂联素(adiponectin)的变化规律,及其与颈总动脉内-中膜厚度(IMT)、血脂水平的关系,以寻找血清脂联素在脑梗死发病中的作用.方法 观察组90例为确诊的脑梗死患者;对照组58例,为健康者.用EILSA法检测血清中脂联素、血脂水平,应用彩色多普勒检测IMT.结果 脑梗死组血清脂联素(52.87±11.01)mg/L与对照组[(92.91±9.65)mg/L]比较差异有统计学意义(t=22.63,P<0.01),脑梗死组甘油三酯[(2.06±0.88)mg/L]与对照组[(1.44±0.61)mg/L]比较差异有统计学意义(t=-4.66,P<0.01),梗死组总胆固醇[(6.53±2.11)mg/L]与对照组[(4.65±0.79)mg/L]比较差异有统计学意义(t=-6.46,P<0.01);脑梗死组IMT[(1.42±0.30)mm]与对照组[(0.65±0.14)mm]比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 血清脂联素与脑梗死存在相关性.

목적 탐토동맥죽양경화성뇌경사(뇌경사)환자중혈청지련소(adiponectin)적변화규률,급기여경총동맥내-중막후도(IMT)、혈지수평적관계,이심조혈청지련소재뇌경사발병중적작용.방법 관찰조90례위학진적뇌경사환자;대조조58례,위건강자.용EILSA법검측혈청중지련소、혈지수평,응용채색다보륵검측IMT.결과 뇌경사조혈청지련소(52.87±11.01)mg/L여대조조[(92.91±9.65)mg/L]비교차이유통계학의의(t=22.63,P<0.01),뇌경사조감유삼지[(2.06±0.88)mg/L]여대조조[(1.44±0.61)mg/L]비교차이유통계학의의(t=-4.66,P<0.01),경사조총담고순[(6.53±2.11)mg/L]여대조조[(4.65±0.79)mg/L]비교차이유통계학의의(t=-6.46,P<0.01);뇌경사조IMT[(1.42±0.30)mm]여대조조[(0.65±0.14)mm]비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.01).결론 혈청지련소여뇌경사존재상관성.
Objective To observe the variety rules of serum adiponectin level and its relationship with intina-media thickness(IMT)of cortical artery and blood lipid level in patients with atherosclerotic cerebral infarction,and to explore the role of serum adiponectin in the incidence of cerebral infarction.Methods There were 90 cases of confirmed cerebral infarction in study group and 58 healthy subjects in control group.The levels of blood-serum adiponectin and lipid were detected by EILSA.IMT was measured by color Doppler.Results The value of blood-serum adiponectin(52.87±11.01μg/ml vs.92.91±9.65μg/ml),Triglyceride(2.06±0.88μg/ml vs.1.44±0.61μg/ml),total cholesterol(2.06±0.88μg/ml vs.1.44±0.61μg/ml),and IMT(1.42±0.30 mm,vs.0.65±0.14 mm)in study group were all obviously different from that of control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The serum adiponectin is related with cerebral infarction.
