目的探讨儿童髁突矢状骨折(SFMC)保守治疗的护理措施.方法对8例儿童SFMC行保守治疗的患者,给予心理干预、合理的营养搭配、正确的口腔护理及功能锻炼.结果 8例患者下颌运动功能均恢复良好,无关节杂音和关节强直,均恢复到受伤前的咬合状态.结论儿童SFMC的患者,选择保守治疗的方法,配合恰当的护理,可促进骨折愈合,防止其他各种并发症的发生,提高临床康复效果.
목적 탐토인동과돌시상골절(SFMC)보수치료적호리조시.방법 대8례인동SFMC행보수치료적환자,급여심리간예、합리적영양탑배、정학적구강호리급공능단련.결과 8례환자하합운동공능균회복량호,무관절잡음화관절강직,균회복도수상전적교합상태.결론 인동SFMC적환자,선택보수치료적방법,배합흡당적호리,가촉진골절유합,방지기타각충병발증적발생,제고림상강복효과.
Objective To explore the nursing intervention of conservative treatment for children with sagittai fracture of the mandibular condyle (SFMC).Methods Eight patients with SFMC who received the conservative treatment were given psychological intervention,reasonable nutrition support,oral care and functional training.Results Clinical satisfactory results were obtained in all the patients with good occlusion,no joint murmurs and ankylosis.Mandible movement and function was normal.Conclusions Conservative treatment with appropriate nursing care for patients with SFMC can promote their fracture healing and improve clinical rehabilitation effect.
