1,5-二氮杂二环[4.3.0]-壬-5-烯(DBN)与全氟烷基炔酸甲酯发生Michael加成反应,生成的中间体发生分子内缩合产生了三环化合物.其结构经元素分析,IR,MS和核磁共振氢谱、碳谱,二维核磁共振13C-1H cosy谱,二维核磁共振1H-1H cosy谱确认.对反应机理也进行了探讨.
1,5-二氮雜二環[4.3.0]-壬-5-烯(DBN)與全氟烷基炔痠甲酯髮生Michael加成反應,生成的中間體髮生分子內縮閤產生瞭三環化閤物.其結構經元素分析,IR,MS和覈磁共振氫譜、碳譜,二維覈磁共振13C-1H cosy譜,二維覈磁共振1H-1H cosy譜確認.對反應機理也進行瞭探討.

Michael-type addition of 1,5-diazabicyclo [ 4.3.0 ] non-5-ene (DBN) with methyl 2-perfluoroalkynoates (2) occurred and subsequent intramolecular condensation of the adduct gave a tricyclic derivative(3). The structure of 3 was confirmed by elemental analysis, IR, MS and 1H NMR,13C NMR, 13C-1H cosy, 1H-1H cosy . The reaction mechanism was also proposed.
