Fufang Luxiancao Granule%content determination%matrine%oxymatrine%HPLC
目的:建立测定复方鹿仙草颗粒中苦参碱和氧化苦参碱含量的HPLC方法,用以控制复方鹿仙草颗粒的质量.方法:色谱柱为氨基柱;流动相为乙腈-无水乙醇-3%磷酸(81∶9.5∶9.5);检测波长为220nm;流速1.0mL/min.结果:苦参碱在0.0676-2.028μg范围内,氧化苦参碱0.1533-4.599μg范围内线性关系良好(r苦参碱=0.99994,r氧化苦参碱=0.99999),平均加样回收率苦参碱为102.5%,氧化苦参碱为97.4%(RSD苦参碱=2.1%,RSD氧化苦参=0.97%,n=6).结论:本法灵敏、快速、准确,可用于复方鹿仙草颗粒的质量控制.

목적:건립측정복방록선초과립중고삼감화양화고삼감함량적HPLC방법,용이공제복방록선초과립적질량.방법:색보주위안기주;류동상위을정-무수을순-3%린산(81∶9.5∶9.5);검측파장위220nm;류속1.0mL/min.결과:고삼감재0.0676-2.028μg범위내,양화고삼감0.1533-4.599μg범위내선성관계량호(r고삼감=0.99994,r양화고삼감=0.99999),평균가양회수솔고삼감위102.5%,양화고삼감위97.4%(RSD고삼감=2.1%,RSD양화고삼=0.97%,n=6).결론:본법령민、쾌속、준학,가용우복방록선초과립적질량공제.
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of the content of matrine and oxymatrine in Fufang Luxiancao Granule. Methods: The chromatographic column was NH2 column;mobile phrase was acetonitrile-ethyl alcohol-3% phosphoric acid (81:9.5:9.5) with a detection wavelength of 220nm at the flow rate of1.0 ml/min. Results: The matrine and oxymatrine showed a good liner relation at the range of 0.0676-2.028μg and at the range of 0.0676-2.028μg respectively (matrine r=0.99999) and 0.1533-4.599μg (oxymatrine r=0.99999) .The average recovery rates of the matrine and oxymatrine were 102.5% (RSD=2.1%) and 97.4% (RSD=0.97%) respectively. Conclusion: The HPLC method is sensitive, rapid and accurate and can be used to control the quality of Fufang Luxiancao Granule.
