I n consideration of removing the non-sharp edge burr and sharp edge burr, practical deburring approaches for aviation precision matching parts are given to improve the quality and efficiency of deburring. The feasibility and validity of the proposed approaches are illustrated through the experimentation for the most typical spool and valve sleeve parts of precision matching parts.
