凹坑是最为常见的机械零件体积型缺陷。由于凹坑会造成应力集中,导致裂纹萌生,直接影响零部件的使用寿命。因此本文以三维有限元仿真技术分析了表面椭球凹坑缺陷的应力集中问题。研究表明在凹坑附近会产生很大的应力集中,特别是凹坑底部,而且椭球凹坑长短轴上的点的应力集中系数的变化与椭球的长短轴之比呈线性关系。

Notch is the most common type of volume defects of mechanical parts.The notch will cause stress concentration,lead to crack initiation,directly affect the service life of parts.In this paper,stress concentration of ellipsoid surface notch defect was analyzed by using three-dimensional finite element simulation technology.Research shows that large stress concentration will be produced near the notch,especially in the bottom of notch,and the changes of stress concentration factors of point of long axis and short axis of the ellipsoid notch has a linear relationship with the ratio of long axis and short axis of the ellipsoid.
