Promoting quality- oriented education requires establishing perfect educational guiding in-stitution. The basic task of supervising and e-valuate the primary and the middle schools aims to supervise the overall implementation of the guiding linein the primary and middle schools and promoting the implementation of the overall quality - oriented edu-cation in the primary and middle schools and carrying out the evaluation of students' qualification systemwhich are in accordance with the students' actual situation.
